Transforming your design into a prototype is a herculean task. From ordering PCBs to procuring parts is really time consuming. After all this, Hand-soldering the tiny components and seeing them not work is frustrating.

How it Works

Gerber Upload

Browse and upload your gerbers consisting of all the design outputs. The top and Bottom view of the gerbers uploaded are visible along with the Board Dimensions. Do not bother if the previews are not visible for any reason. We would have received the files anyway. Proceed to the Next step.
  • Standard gerbers with .zip or .rar extensions can be uploaded.
  • Please make sure the gerber files are within a folder.
  • Files within sub-directories cannot be analysed by the gerber processing tool.
  • Ensure that the gerbers are not generated along with the sheet borders.
  • Ensure that the drill files of PTH and NPTH are present in the directory.

BOM Upload

Browse and upload the Bill Of Materials (BOM) file. A preview of the uploaded files is shown for verification purposes. Proceed to the next step after verifying that you have uploaded the right file.
  • standard excel files with .xls or .xlsx files can be uploaded.
  • Ensure that bare minimum of details such as Manufacturer part number, quantity per board and reference descriptors are available in the sheet.

Configure Order

Start by giving a name to your PCB. This helps in differentiating your order when you have multiple orders in progress. Select the quantity, Board thickness, Mask colour, and finish of the Board. Then select where the components are to be sourced from.

Click 'Request for quote' to place your order. On successful placement of request, the quote is generated within 24 hours from our backend team. You will be notified through a mail to your registered mail id, once the quote is generated.

Checkout & Payment

Upon successful quote generation, you can see the quote by proceeding to check out page. Fill in your Billing and shipping address. Also Fill in the GSTIN Number if you are a registered business.

Select a payment option and proceed to payment. We accept all Credit/Debit card and Net banking Payments. You can also pay via UPI accounts.

Track updates & status

After completion of payment you will be able to see the real time updates of your order.

You can also communicate with our manufacturing crew through the chat interface in the order detail page. Any additional details required by our team will also be requested through the chat.

Upon completion of production, the boards are packed and shipped to the shipping address given during order placement. A tracking number will be mailed to you through which you can track the shipment.

Once the boards are delivered, you can rate your experience and also add comments to improve the quality of our service.
