Shipping Policies
- To ensure your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition, we exclusively use reputable courier services.
- While we aim to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to the nature of the products or their availability. In such cases, we will notify you beforehand
- If you find the product is damaged or the packaging appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery. Immediately contact our Customer Care or reach out to us online with your order reference number. We will do our best to arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
- You can track your order's shipping status on our website by visiting the "Track your Order" section.
- Please note that all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian tax regulations.
Shipping Time/Delivery Time
- We strive to ship your order at the earliest. 99% of our orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
- Although we guarantee a delivery time of 3-5 business days anywhere in India, the actual delivery time is beyond our control due to the shipping company's processes. We recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
Guarantee/Warranty
- All items come with a standard warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within this duration from the shipment date.
- You agree to pay for return shipping on exchanges and returns, and we will reimburse this cost once we verify the defect. We will replace or repair damaged products at no cost, with shipping prepaid by us. If the product is not in stock for replacement, we will issue a full return. The warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, subjected to static discharge, neglected, accidentally damaged, modified, soldered, or altered in anyway.
- For product exchanges, please send photos of the damaged products to us first. We will assess the damage and decide the best course of action. If the item is not in stock for replacement, we will provide a full return.
100% Return/Replacement
We guarantee accurate descriptions and high-quality products as listed on our website. To protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatches, or missing parts, we provide a 2-day period (from the date of delivery) to report complaints. Kindly raise a ticket on the website by visiting the support page. Our technical team will visually verify the details and issue a return approval for the product. Once we receive the product, our experts will verify the issue and send the replacement items with prepaid shipping. If we do not have the product in stock for replacement, we will issue a full return. The warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, subjected to static discharge, neglected, accidentally damaged, modified, soldered, or altered in anyway. Due to our strict quality policy, we cannot offer order cancellations and returns without valid reasons. Protoezy reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
Canceling An Order
To cancel your order or update an address, please contact us via email. Customer Service will respond within one business day regarding your request. Only orders still in "Pending" or "Payment
Verification" status can be altered or canceled. If your order has moved to a different status, it cannot be altered or canceled. In some cases, order cancellations may incur a 5% bank charge depending on the payment method used (as most payment gateway providers collect their commission even if the order is canceled and refunded). Due to our strict quality policy, we cannot offer order cancellations and returns without valid reasons. Protoezy reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
Return Guidelines
If we confirm that the faulty item cannot be repaired by the customer or via Remote Desktop, we will issue a return approval. Do not write anything on the product packaging. Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed when connecting electrical components.
